Using KeyKraft
KeyKraft lets you browse custom keycaps, save artwork, choose keys and submit order requests. Provide accurate account and order details, keep your sign-in information secure, and use the site without interfering with other customers or attempting to access their information.
Your artwork
Upload only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. You keep ownership of your artwork. By submitting it for a custom order, you allow KeyKraft and its service providers to store, preview, download and reproduce it as needed to prepare and fulfil your request. Do not upload unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.
Keys and previews
The customizer supports standard-size 1u keys. Larger keys cannot be selected for printing. Check your keyboard, selected keys, colours, quantities and artwork before submitting. On-screen previews help you position your design; screen colours and the physical print may differ.
Order requests and payment
Submitting an order request records your design and contact details for KeyKraft to review. A submitted request or order number alone does not mean payment has been collected or production has begun. Pricing is shown in Canadian dollars. Confirm the final total, applicable tax, shipping, timing and any changes with KeyKraft before payment and production.
For changes, cancellations, delivery questions or a problem with an order, contact KeyKraft with your order number. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
Reviews
Reviews should describe your own experience and must not contain private information about others, unlawful content or misleading claims. The display name, rating and text you submit are public.
